Fattoria Casanova is a family-run artisan company, specialized in the production of very special biscuits and baked goods; they use high quality ingredients, flour from small farms in the area, French butter, Sicilian almonds and hazelnuts from a small consortium in Lazio.
Their products are good, delicious and artisanal. They use only quality and genuine ingredients such as monopotassium tartrate as a leavening agent to avoid the use of chemical yeast.
In addition to the conventional line, they also have a biological and a vegan one. For the preparation of vegan products they use a vegetable butter that they produce on their own with only three ingredients. They then produce a series of seasonal products such as panettone, pandoro, panforte, torrone sweet, ricciarelli and Colomba (Italian Ester cake). All the desserts are delicious thanks to the great passion that unites this family.
