Single Origin Chocolate Bar Venezuela 100%


It is an artisanal process that starts from the selection of the best cocoa bean. The stone grinding allows to obtain a real handmade chocolate. A chocolate bar with an unique taste of special Ecuador cocoa bean is produced only adding raw cane sugar.


In compliance with the provisions of art. 28 of Reg. (CE) 834/2007 of 07/27/2007, is awaiting organic certification. Subjection to the CCPB (OdiC authorized by MiPPAF) is underway.


Long Description

La via del cioccolato is the excellent chocolate factory that produces high quality products using valuable raw materials to obtain an intense and fine chocolate thanks to the patient working process. It’s this particular process that distinguishes Via del cioccolato: bean to bar process from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar thanks to artisan procedures.
