The vineyards of the Tenuta di Castelfalfi are grown so as to obtain the best quality product with minimal environmental impact. From Chianti to Chianti riserva DOCG, passing through the flagship Sangiovese IGT. The six types we produce: San Piero IGT, Cerchiaia DOCG, Cerchiaia Riserva DOCG, Poggionero IGT, Poggio alla Fame IGT and Poggio i Soli IGT. In the Tenuta di Castelfalfi, the ancient farming tradition is renewed every day, in full respect for the environment and the beauty of the place. A careful work, done with dedication and with the criteria of an organic farming, in which only top-quality products are produced: scented extra virgin olive oils and fine wines. They can be tasted at the Barricaia, where the fruit of finest vineyards becomes excellence.
