Creamy chocolates with hazelnut cream
100 gr chocolate biscuits
150 gr hazelnut cream
100 gr toasted hazelnuts
200 gr dark chocolate
Crumble the cookies in the mixer and set them aside. Put the toasted hazelnuts in a freezing bag and beat them with a rolling pin so as to roughly break them. Add the crumbled biscuits to the chopped hazelnuts and also add the hazelnut cream. Mix well and mix all the mixture then put it in the fridge for 10 minutes so that it becomes solid enough but still modelable. Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600 watts. Create many meatballs of the size you prefer with your hands and dip them in the melted chocolate. Drain them from excess chocolate and put them on baking paper to thicken. Do not put the chocolates in the fridge otherwise the chocolate will tend to become opaque.
